Reason analysis: long-term operation of the bearing, the internal lubricating oil gradually decreases, and the lubricating oil is insufficient, which increases friction. When the bearing is short of oil, the "rubbing" sound and the slight "bone rustling" sound can cause heat generation. If it is found early, it can be improved after refueling. If the lack of oil takes a long time, the bearing may be damaged. When adding new oil, it is better to add grease to two-thirds of the bearing. Too much lubricating oil makes the temperature of the bearing room high, and the lubricating oil expands and generates heat when heated.

Solution: The amount of oil injection should be reasonable, and check frequently to prevent oil shortage or excessive oil filling, and check the quality of the oil, avoid hard impurities　

The belt is too tight or the coupling device is not flat

Reason analysis: the belt is too tight and the coupling device is not flat, both of which are caused by increased bearing load and heat. If the bearing does not heat up when idling, and the temperature increases a lot when loaded, the belt and the coupling must be adjusted. Because under normal conditions, the bearing that does not generate heat during idling does not generate heat when it is rotated under load. In addition, the device is unbalanced, not calibrated, vibrates during rotation, and the bearing will generate heat when the vibration is severe.

Solution: adjust the belt tightness in the device or adjust the level of the coupling to eliminate the vibration factors during machine operation

Bearing is damaged or used for too long

Reason analysis: bearing damage will cause bearing heating if used for too long

Bearing wear

Solution: The traditional repair welding machine processing method is easy to cause material damage, resulting in component deformation or fracture, which has great limitations; brush plating and spraying and re-machining methods often require outsourcing, not only the repair cycle is long, and the cost is high. Moreover, because the repaired material is still a metal material, the cause of wear cannot be fundamentally solved (the metal has poor impact resistance and concession); many parts can only be replaced by scrap, which greatly increases production costs and inventory spare parts, so The company's good resource advantages are left idle and wasted.

In addition, if the bearing pre-tightening force causes heat generation, first check and measure the gap between the front and rear bearings and the bearing gap adjustment pad. It is required that the gap between the bearing and the bearing gap adjustment pad is within the limit of the external force without the lock nut. Between 0.08mm-0.10mm, then re-tighten the nut to eliminate the bearing gap.
